To get clarity on what your asking are u saying u are using pop unders to get traffic or u also have pop unders on your site in addition display ads?

Yes. I have pop under traffic. I'm looking to monetize it through cpm ads. So I'm looking for network that will accept that kind of trafd

Well it works but it depends on the company you buying traffic from... if the source is good and legitimate and real it can work if the source is bad and filled with fraud u in for rude awakening...

Also you don’t openly tell a cpm ad network you are buying pop unders. U really don’t discuss your traffic source at all but it’s up to u to monitor the quality of traffic u are buying. But no one will approved u if u open with oh I’m buying traffic

Oh ok. So I can apply to any network and just keep making sure my source remains good?

Of course lol... tons of websites do traffic arbitrage every single day on small scale, large scale and super large corporate scale. Some people spend 1k-5k a month on paid traffic to their site just to earn a profit (traffic abritage) Safe premium pops for only select sources work and of course native ads traffic work and cpc traffic work. People do this all the time. Most of the advertisers for Taboola, outbrain and rev content are publishers advertising their site. Yet none of these people openly tell their ad networks their marketing schemes openingly they just do it !

Aii. Thanks chief. You've been helpful. I appreciate

I don't think any network will openly say they accept popunders.
Popunders is untargeted traffic, therefore, bring unpredicted results and networks don't like that.

What you can do is mix popunder traffic with super high-quality traffic and that should be fine, but it should be 90% vs 10%.

Popunder traffic is considered rly low quality so i advise against telling the networks about it.
