AD NETWORKS (New Site)

Hey guys, I recently started my site and it is 100% honest publishing and I will continue this blog site as long as I have readers. In my first 3 days I had 300 unique visitors, and have ran 0 ads. I need a good ad network that will accept me and not some sketchy ass tribalfusion or mediawire or whatever, I've tried Google AdSense but I have had their ad code on my website for a few days now and no feedback about my account being upgraded. Not sure if they will accept me having a new domain also. Anyways I don't mind if it's a private or open ad network, just one that I will make reasonable revenue from. I also was thinking of doing CPM, is that my best choice?

networks require you to have traffic volumes, so you have to work to get more visitors
there're some network that will accept you 'as is' but anyway, to make profit you need much more traffic
