Ad networks block tobacco ads?

I am looking around the web searching for proper ad network to work with (as a brand). Read several ToS already and haven't found anything about prohibited items i.e. alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes. Maybe here's any individual who could answer me the question:

Is it possible?

Be careful, you may risk to deposit ad budget and get the account closed with it.

Thanks! What about the reddit? I saw that they are not prohibiting alcocholads on speicific subreddits, maybe someone has experience with that also? there's a lot of subreddits of vaping, I think that should work, no?
