Ad networks and FB blocking URL?

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right section but let's give it a try.

So I'm running a news website which has around 50k visitors a day. It's been a great journey which I had to re-do entirely once because my URL was blocked by Facebook. It's because, I suspect, I used Adsterra native ads - which Facebook doesn't seem to like. They were very spammy and included adult stuff (even when I chose not to!) Now I wonder the following:

How do I know what ad networks Facebook allows or not? It seems some Ads they perceive as spammy and they will block your entire website from posting on Facebook itself. Which would be highly problematic for me, as 90% of my traffic comes from my FB pages.

Not is it only incredibly difficult to find an ad network which actually pays you without blocking you, it seems to be rather difficult to figure out what Facebook allows or not. I know Adsense is an option but I want to give some other networks a try first to see how it goes.

So now I came across Adspyglass which seems to be a very decent method of earning some good money. You apply for different ad networks and they will monitor place the ads automatically on your website. Does anyone have any idea if Facebook is okay with this? Will I run into trouble?

I would be more than glad to get some insights which networks Facebook is okay with.

Hey mate, I've seen your comment on the "making money with a lot of traffic" thread and started following you. You seem very interesting and I'm thinking of doing something similar to what you are doing. I am from Germany btw. I wonder why you don't try native ads like taboola mgid outbrain etc? Wouldn't they be perfect for a news site?
