Please specify what exactly you want to know about these networks, otherwise you will just get the list of brands and nothing useful.

I suggest you to take a look here https://www.adspyglass.com/best-ad-networks. Here you will find a complete list of Ad network with CPM rate.
You will get better rate for Tier-1 countries. Which country is your main traffic source?

I say try taboola / revcontent or media.net as they are best alternatives.

But you will need to monitor with analytics etc see whats working than scale.
