Site was removed due ExoClick and JuicyAds ?
It is nothing to do with ad networks and copyrights.
If you have Tier1 traffic, you can use some PPL, CAM, PPS offers network.
If you have Tier3 traffic - then Adsterra, JuicyAds.

My website was removed from both networks due to Copyrighted material being posted.

It looks like the DMCA guys are complaining to Networks. All other sites in my niche are without ExoClick aswell.
