Anyone here knows if only celebrities can join ad.ly? Because those days i've find that John Chow made 1k with only one tweet on this site (detail: he only has 50k followers)

Anyone knows if normal users can signup?

He makes money because he has a lot of people interested in him, not because he uses ad.ly
