Ad links

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but here we go:

I want to start offering free resources to people on other forums & websites. though I'd like to profit too so I decided to hide the download link behind some shorteners with ads, similar to those where you have to wait a couple seconds and press 'skip ad'.
I don't want anything intrusive, I don't want hundreds of ads on the same page or redirecting the user to a different website for 10 times before they get to the actual download link, I don't want lockers where they have to download something, pay or watch long ads, I just want some nice little ads that are easy to go by.
Can you recommend some websites that will offer that? Or perhaps other ways to generate profit from free resources besides making it impossible for them to download?

Because I have tried shorte.st which is intrusive and very hard to get by the ads to get to the download link and I received a lot of complaints about the link not working or being a scam, almost got banned too, I don't want the headache just for some cents

If the difference are cents, then why you tried it at the first place?

But just google some content that is given out this way and look what others use.
