I'd like to try and advertise in networks that inject ads, on competition websites. So for example I'd provide them lists of competitors and they're ads would open a new window when someone infected visits the a website of our clients competition or related sites. Does that exist? What's the best network(s) to advertise on?

    Thanks

I would think this too but then someone sent me an image of a screenshot of the our customer website, it had a popup from some toolbar and ads that related to that site content.

Term you're looking for is PPV (Pay Per View), biggest networks are:

    - TrafficVance
    - MediaTraffic
    - Addon
    - DirectCPV

"Infected" & "Injection" probably won't get you the best responses even though that's how all these networks originally started back in the day, and I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find some private networks selling impressions for much less than the majors but with less traffic.

This is an exact response which i was going to type and you did that for me. AdwareROI, op should check it out. Owned by a guy named Adam Kling, whaT a super-cool guy he is !
Apart from this, there are a lot of CPV, PPV networks out there that infect browsers and also pop ads from tool bars and browser extensions.
