What is your CTR and what is your CPM?
And how many link clicks even if you optimize for LP views it‘s interesting, maybe the loading time for your LP is too long. Especially mobile users will jump of very quick often before the LP is completely loaded, so the fb pixel will Never Fire Informationen

hi i have already attached the image from fb dashboard ....from the stats 1 landing page view from 854 imprssions would mean a CTR of 0.11% and i have alr checked the mobile landing page speed from the google page insights its at 95 . i dont think that is the problem... this is weird with a relevance score of 10 i would expect higher CTR??? NO??!!

What is engagement? Could be that people like and maybe share your add but for some reason do not click. Maybe offer is not clear or link/button is hidden. Hard to tell just from this info :)

Is the content being promoted optimized for clicks or just for engagement?

Try to make your ads more attractive , maybe people just after reading the content didn't like the content , try to ad more information

yes this might be the issue but if you try changing your bidding strategy you may get better CTR

Yes! your ads should be minimal but it should create curiosity between users to visit your landing page! there's only 2 points where you're lacking

Relevance score is defined by how the audience is reacting to your ad copy. For instance, if the audience you are targeting selects the "hide this ad" option, then this leads to a decline in relevance score. A high Relevance Score means people like the ad copy, and they do not mind viewing the ad. But, this does not mean that they are clicking on the ad more frequently. When your Relevance Score is low, then that means people do not like the ad copy, and they don't want to see it again. Relevance score has no connection with CTR because that would mean the viewer clicked on the ad, which he/she did not.

Try Changing your content which suits your targeting and your audience may like to watch them.

Seems like u need edit ur placement. both from mobile or dekstop. some of these placement might be not suit with ur ads.
