Same shit happening to me too, they just won't get approved.

If I create gmail account, and then create adwords account, it goes immediately to under review. When I use aged gmail account ( created before few weeks/month, had some activity, and then create adwords account ) it going well. But also after few days / weeks going under review, and it is like 30% success rate ( 7 of 10 account got banned after review ).
They ban account because :
- they know it is your duplicate account or account who isn't for real user
- vcc provider is banned
- ip is already banned
- domain is already banned
- cookies in your browser
... and much more. I think they already had some AI to detect duplicate / bh accounts. So there is just one way - change tactic, and start creating accounts differently.

I tried via both ways BH and WH but still under review .. also did your mention precautions .. need to find something else

dread it run from it solution still arrives
just create another ad copy and it will be approved then you can delete first one or do your own thing .. cheers!!

Sure. Dont believe everything you read About adwords. A Lot of things still works. VPN works, VCC works, affiliate + adwords works, churn and burn methods work. Just dont give up because someone post here “VCC arent working anymore with adwords”. You need testing. No one will reveal his method, you need figure out your own.
