ad-center will aquire adsurge ??

Hi after speaking with my adcenter account manager, he told me that adsurge asked ad-center to acquire all its publishers! I didn't believe it much!
I have 2 active accounts on adcenter and on adsurge where both accounts have money inside.
I have always chatted every day with my adsurge account manager, but for a week his status on skype has been busy and he does not display and does not answer my questions, so I decided to contact all adsurge employees on skype (I have them found by going to linkedin) but nobody is online or not responding!
I'm starting to think what the adcenter account manager told me is true! I hope you don't burn the 420 $ I have in the adsurge account!

Do any of you know anything about it?

I have an adcenter account and adsurge but I'm coming back to adcenter now because mediahub has not paid me this month and dont respond, there are rumors of bankruptcy.
But anyway monopoly is always bad.

Yes I already tested and worked with the 3 that has the highest commissions and the largest coverage in countries was the mediahub, but sales fell by half with the same traffic so I do not doubt anything.
