Lol its in Bengali I think. His solution is to keep checking the eligibility. If it gets 'at risk', stop uploading ripped or cropped videos and upload original content. FB will change it to eligible automatically.

Lol! Thank you! Man was I frustrated! But does he give an explanation of when it's red and not eligible? Because I see him showing three pages. One was green, one was yellow and one was red. My page is in the red and I need to know how to get it eligible again.
