[Ad breaks] Facebook under review

Its taking me about 3 / 4 days to get approved now. earnings have dropped too, CPM was at about $15 when i first started no were between $6 - $8

I've asked this before but it seems you missed it. How do you get approved before even posting a video?

I've tried scheduling but it does not work . Just wondering how you do it
