Has anyone here experienced low reach?
What is the cause?
And how to fix it?
You may have set up your audience incorrectly. Re-target your audience based on specific demographics to match your product and find potential customers.

Normally if this happens I will release this campaign and set up a new campaign with different Thi Tap objects to calculate the effective campaign.

Yes, many users experience low reach on platforms like Facebook or Instagram. It’s often caused by poor engagement, posting low-quality or repetitive content, or triggering the algorithm (e.g. posting too often, too fast, or using banned hashtags). To fix it: focus on high-quality, engaging content, post consistently but not excessively, and interact with your audience (likes/comments/stories).

This usually happens when the ad gets limited delivery due to narrow targeting, low budget, or low-quality score. Double-check your audience size, make sure your creative isn’t flagged as low engagement, and try running a test campaign with broader settings to see if reach improves.

Need to change new content, images and videos to refresh your campaign to attract more interested Facebook users and reach them.

main reason: content, not enough attractive
other reasons: budget, targeting, pages, account, BM.
How to fix it? - double check everything, change anything that is not right

Many things could be the cause, need to understand which platform you are talking about too. Maybe account out of budget, could be a shadowban due to not compliant ads, could be low quality ad account, or maybe just a platform bug, sometimes these things just happen

i think your main reason is : content is not attractive enough . other reasons can be : budget , page , account or bm , you should try to check again , and change what is wrong

Low engagement, low-quality or duplicate content, or algorithm-triggering actions (e.g., posting too quickly, too often, using banned hashtags) are often to blame. You may also have misidentified your target audience. Try retargeting based on specific demographics to better align with your product and find real prospects.

Yes, low reach is pretty common these days especially after recent platform algorithm tweaks. It can be caused by things like low engagement rate, overusing the same hashtags, posting at the wrong time, or even shadowbans. To fix it, try switching up your content style, increase interaction with your audience, post consistently, and give some love to older followers too. Testing different post times and formats (Reels, Stories, etc.) can also help a lot.

Would need more information from you in regards to where, and how things are set up. Else it can be many different reasons as to why.

This usually happens when your ad is limited in delivery and your budget is low. Double check your audience size, make sure your creative isn't flagged, and try running a test campaign.

Check back your payment, maybe it gets holded and you need to fix it. If not that case, let's leave your campaign there, the system takes time to allocate your ads.

Retarget your audience based on specific demographics to match your product and find potential customers. It could be a keyword issue that's why you're not getting reach.
