The ad campaign is working great and then about 2 minutes later when the payment is done

I don't understand why the account was disabled (They reported an abnormality in the account)

Do the card match the country the account is located at?

Check your bot tool and your payment method if the information and issuer is in the same country you're supposed to be on the ad account. Any chance you also used the card on a different account? As far as I'm aware, that causes an issue like it does on Google.

You should soak your account 1-2 hours before launch the campaign and also start with low budget. But in this time, Facebook is scanning very hard. I'm facing this problem too. All I can do is replace a new one bro

My payment card is used on multiple ad accounts and they do not match the account's country

It's just facebook massive scan. Randomly on accounts. Just can warm up longer to avoid abnormal activity

All of our ad accounts are warmed up before use but still experience irregularities
Are you on automatic payment or did you just pay off the debt account?
In-card payment is available and usually the payment is automatic

A lot of people are having the same problem as you. Having a backup account is a solution to solve this problem

I think your account is being scanned by Facebook. Next time try to choose a good account. good luck

If the card and account are not from the same country, Facebook may conduct an unusual ban

I'm not sure what results you get with those ads. But the text looks like something a kid would make. If I was a Facebook Ads Moderator, I would also ban you permanently for low quality looking ads. Try making them look just a little more professional. I'm not trying to offend you, just trying to help.

Unlimited advertising accounts, but problems still persist.

All accounts are accounts that have a spending history and have been warmed up before creating an ad campaign

This is a common situation because the payment card does not match the country of the advertising account.
Most agents use payment cards that do not match the account's country

That advertising campaign brought in a large number of customers:)

How much money did you spend on all those campaigns in total? What country are you from?

Then that could be the issue. For Google, you could send an email letting them know that you own the other accounts too and intend to use the same payment method across said accounts. Not entirely sure if that's also how it works for Facebook. Best to look into it before proceeding, but my guess is on that similar card payment and or account's country that's causing the issue.
