I have a 9-10 year old Facebook account that hasn't been used much since its creation is it still usable? and if so how long should I warm it up before trying to run ads?

update: The account got disabled I literally only liked a couple posts and joined a group I didn't even attempt to create a business manager I really really HATE Facebook

Try to restore your account and just farm cookies for a couple of days, like 5 minutes a day. Scroll your feed, watch videos, search groups and login to Canva (for example) via Facebook. It should be enough to run ads without catching another checkpoint. But seriously, it would be a waste of time for me, so I prefer to buy ready accounts, good ones cost about $15 and you could link up to 10 Business Managers to such an account

No, but we noticed that with the confirmed ID the profiles were holding longer before being blocked. Facebook asks that identity be verified for political announcements.
Could you kindly point to a seller for such?
