Hello
my page ad account shows restricted, i did identity confirmation, it shows my identity is confirmed and still i can't get it to up and running, is there any way to contact support of facebook.

If your page is blocked, you can click the "appeal" button and then you can write a request to unblock it.Or write from another account, where it is possible to communicate with support
 
In my experience, even pages that were connected only to whitehat ads were permanently restricted. I will suggest to make another page if you need it only to run ads.

I think your account has been restricted for contacting facebook support team.
You can some articles on Facebook Help Center. You can appeal for it.
If you have still problem, let me know I will help you. dm personally
 
Is you ad account active again and the Ads are not spending ? If so check if the page is unpublished .
