Ad account got restricted after logging in from a new location.

I scheduled a post-engagement ad for Saturday evening. It got struck at the review. My office was closed on Sunday. The boss called and asked me to check the ad status immediately. I was on a trip. I logged into Facebook account. I haven't logged into that Facebook account from my mobile before. It was from a new location with Wi-Fi. The ad was under review. When I refreshed the page, my ad account got restricted. Has logging in from a new location just caused a restriction?

The fact that you log in from a new location, a new device is very affecting your fb ad account, fb will think that someone else is intentionally accessing your fb ad account, so fb disabled the account. your facebook ad account. account to protect and make sure no one spends on it
 
Avoid logging into your account from public WiFi network, it can increase the risk of security issues

the important thing is, for a little annoyance
facebook at least protected the account
from a possible attack perceived
 
you have never logged in with your phone and used public Wifi again, so FB will think that someone else intentionally accesses your account, so to ensure security, Fb disabled the account to avoid you lost money

if it shows as restricted due to login in new device

of course, that's why we usually use VPN to always login facebook on same ip address

facebook thinks you have unusual activity, use same ip address for every login
 
You need to submit your identity because Facebook thought that your account might have been hacked and open from a new location

this is a huge reason why accounts are banned, restrict login in strange devices, you can use a virtual server to be able to work anywhere without affecting your account.

Use an old account and clean proxy. or rent it some from agency, but need becareful scamer bro

Logging in from a new address will cause the FB account as well as the ad account to encounter abnormalities and FB policy will lock it to protect users from thieves.

You need to learn from experience and use anti-detection browsers before logging into your account elsewhere
 
Me and my companion who lives in a different country had this problem multiple times. We were both managers of that ad account and it got blocked multiple times. Just gave up and only 1 person logs in. Maybe in the future use a private vpn so always the same location and ip.

Yes, I was blocked from my account when I logged in from a different country, I was able to log back in by using a previous device I had used to log in...

Yes probably. You can create another ad account though if facebook allows you. or you might consider getting a new aged account. I recommend Exiscale for it.
