Ad account disabled

Have you appealed it? If you haven't, don't touch it. Let it be in the right hand of expert, they will know how to get it back for you faster (if it's possible). If i have an old good one, i'll keep it real carefully and use them to make even more profit for me.

This is difficult if you have submitted an appeal, and still got rejected, my advice is to use a new ad account.

Just logged in to see that my ad account has been disabled. Here is the message:

I requested a review, uploaded a selfie but nothing happened. My ads are 100% legal, been running for more than 8 months without a single issue.

I have a lot of clients coming from Facebook/Instagram Ads which I don't want to lose. Any ideas how I can fix this? The only thing that came to my mind is to use someone else's profile to run the ads.
The fastest and best way you need to contact support to speed up the process.so you don't have to wait too long.

What is your product, your ad can run for 8 months without any problem, it does not mean it cannot be banned, with facebook nothing is permanent because facebook always updates very often. you should try contacting facebook support and ask them to help you fight it.

You can go find account appeal experts and hire them to help you.

Have you appealed this account yet, if you are not sure, you can hire someone to do this

We did solve a similare issue to one of our clients, I will ask the agent and comeback here to post to solution

You can message FB support team yourself. Or spend money to hire an intermediary to bring it back as quickly as possible . Because, if you don't have experience, if you handle Facebook yourself, you will often misunderstand and delete your account permanently.

You can appeal this with a very high success rate or hire someone to appeal for you, it won't cost you anything.

I think you should use a agent's account, they will support you very well and fix the problem quickly.

Facebook is currently rejecting many accounts; consider reaching out to support for help in identifying the issue.

It’s worth noting that during updates, Facebook’s system might make errors, and accounts that don’t violate policies could still get caught in the scan. If that happens, I’d recommend reaching out to an expert who knows the ins and outs of the appeal process - they might be able to help get your account back. Stay patient and wait for Meta’s decision, but definitely seek expert advice if things don’t go in your favor.

You should contact Meta Business Support if your appeal hasn’t been reviewed. Avoid using someone else’s account—it’s risky. If urgent, create a new ad account under a different Business Manager and ensure all content follows policy.
