Ad account disabled


Temporary hold unsuccessful
We weren’t able to place a temporary hold on your payment method and your ad account is still disabled. You can try again or add a new default payment method.


How to fix that? There is money on card.

Can't fix a held account, my sincere advice to you is to use a new account and not be held.
If you continue to use the holding account, you will always be deducted 2 times the actual payment amount
 
Its a huge balance. Google it. Maybe 3x the daily budget or something
 
I think you should use a new account, if you still want to use it try my way:
- Create an interactive campaign with a budget of about 2$
- Wait for that ad to work. Go to the payment methods section add another card and accept hold. And then your ad can spend, this way I tried before
 
You can start a boost post campaign and wait for 1 day, hold will be broken>> then add a new card to the account and set it as the primary card

Please add another payment card. Then do a boost post event on . Remember to select the account you are holding on to.
 
Just make sure next time your card has atleast $5 loaded on it. And if it has just press try again a few times and it will work.
 
- You can create 1 campaign using Boost Post with small budget (1-5$)
- Requirements: Before publishing, check the card has at least 20$ and after publishing the account will deduct 3$ from your card
- We have tried and succeeded, you can follow (If you are not confident, we will help you.)
 
add another payment method .to account quality , select the faulty ad account and approve the hold . If not, please contact facebook and they will help you

Please make sure you have funds in your card and do not use the card that was added to the locked account, replace it with a new card and try again.
 
Accounts that are being held with money, you should remove them and replace with a new account.
 
You can try creating a camp Boost Post with a small budget
 
Not sure why you'd still wanna use a disabled account though but would be best if you used a new...
