Ad account disabled-- need help

Hello

i run an ecom brand. we have one competitor. we launched ads, the competitor took our ads and launched them themselves, and then did a copyright claim on our ads. so the account got disabled. the competitor has an agency account and connections with facebook insiders.

where do i find an agency account with insiders to protect us from this in the future?

You can go to the Account Selling section to find Agencies that support advertising accounts.

You probably need to ask each agency individually; not many people have inside connections, in fact, they're very rare.
 
That's a genuinely rough situation, competitor stealing your ads and then filing the claim is a dirty move.
For the account side, agency accounts help with stability and faster support but they won't protect you from fraudulent copyright claims specifically. What actually helps there is filing a counter-notification through Meta's IP process and documenting that you created the original ads first, timestamps, original files, drafts, anything that proves ownership.
For future protection watermark your creatives or add subtle unique elements that prove origin if it ever goes to dispute again.
What's the status of the counter-claim, have you filed one yet?
 
That's rough. Sorry to hear.
Usually if your account got hit due to a copyright claim, the real and realibe fix would be going through the appeals to prove ownership of your creatives. Long and tricky process with a lot of back and forths, if YT experience is to go by.
Real quick though, there isn’t really a legit way to get an “agency account with insiders” to protect you. It's usually something very limited to large spenders with actual reps. Even then, it doesn’t make you immune to disables, not entirely. I'm not too sure if anyone sells that sort of service here specifically.

u need to look for reputable agency account providers in the marketplace
 
You need to familiarize yourself with the policy and contact the support team to avoid violations.

get copyright yourself. It's a very effective tool now

Good agency account providers will won't keep you from getting banned but with the right setup they just give you a new account every time one goes down.
 
You can look for reputable suppliers; they will be of great help to your work.

ou should try looking into copyright protection services br
 
honestly, it's very hard to find an account with insiders openly. you should create unique advertising content and establish a process for proving legal ownership of that content.
 
Just get an aged agnecy account . they have way more authority and don't go down easily when people try to spam report you.
 
Your best defense is to use a reputable Agency Account provider from the BHW Marketplace who can offer dedicated support lines to Meta,
