Yes, fb account is verified. I bought BM links without ad account, the seller ask me to create myself but it keep restrict after i use the BM to create a new ad account.

ok i got your meaning. So actually there is no way to actually create ad account on a BM that is created by unverified accounts right?

No. you can still create it, but at the moment it can only live for a few days.
