My ad account got banned and I don’t know why?

it says I violated;
Adult Products or Services Policy - Ads like these can be sensitive in nature and must not promote the sale or use of adult products or services, unless they promote family planning and contraception targeted to people aged 18 years or older. I suggest you have a look at our Policy Page to see more information on the positioning of these products and services, and for more details including a few examples of do's and don'ts.

I run a fitness e-commerce store and have no idea how this has happened.

when I try and appeal on Facebook it just says sorry something went wrong. We are trying to fix this.

This has been the same for the last 24HR and I can’t see how I can contact support.

Facebook usually flag fitness related ads. I have talked to the chat executive one time and they clearly told me it is because of false advertising associated with some of the products. A customer can complaint that this product didn't work as intended for him. I used to sell a push up machine and they told me a customer can claim this push up machine didn't help them build better chest muscles.

The best you can do is try to remove such products from the website or use an ad account that is warmed up and has already some decent spending on it.
