Ad Account Banned - Keep Page but Get New Admin?

Hey guys-
My ad Account was banned. It's a legit account, my personal info, been active for years. Hooked up a new CC, and instantly flagged as 'fraudulent activity'. Multiple support requests, no response (same story as everyone else). This is for a legit product/brand, no black hat, no CPA, etc.

Here's my question-
I know I need to close my existing personal account, open and seed a NEW personal account, from a new computer, new IP, with a new CC/billing address, etc. HOWEVER- what about my business page? Do I need to close that and re-open a new one with a similar name? OR, can I keep the existing page and make my new account the Admin of the page, then take my old admin off?

I'd prefer not to close the business page, as I don't want to lose the vanity url and existing content/page likes on it.

Same thing recently happened to me. I just created a new Facebook account, made it an admin of the business page and then removed the old account as an admin (didn't bother deleting this old account). I used a different CC but tied to same address, didn't even bother using a proxy to register the account.

I've been running ads successfully for the page using the new admin account for over a week now.

Just opened it and assigned it admin immediately, it's just a blank account with no profile info/pics etc. and I haven't had any problems so far! Yeah just set it up and still run it from my home IP, I did use a new mobile number to verify the account.
