Someone threw you a red herring there. It's not just about the quality content, you have to gently build up a site to get to that point where things index super quick.

Just keep building content, throw a few links on for good measure too - the indexing speed will come with time.

It depends on quality website content and high-quality backlinks so you can get the rank on Google.
