Actual sale amount less than supposed to be?

Ok, so I've had two different offers that paid me less than indicated in the marketplace. I was supposed to get something like $36 for the first one, but got only $25; and for the other one got only $12.44 instead of $27 (which is 75% of the sale). What's the matter? Could it be because they showed some exit popups with discounted price? But that'd be a weird number, like hey don't go, get a 55.72% discount!

Anyone has experienced that?

Same shit here since last week. Thanks for posting this btw! I thought I was the only one...

I checked this vendor's page and I didn't get any exit pop-ups offering discounts, so I don't get why I got less. I contacted CB, will let you know.

BreaknBrix also noticed the same thing with a product he was promoting.

When I investigated, it appeared that discounts were being offered dependent on geo-location.

Might be what Asif above said, but might also be a scummy vendor decreasing the commission rate 'stealthily'. If they have just changed the comm rate, it will take some time for this to reflect in the CB marketplace as the amount shown there is an average over several weeks. I hate vendors who engage in these practices as they give us vendors a bad rep! If this is indeed the case, rest assured they will soon be out of business though as affiliates will migrate to other offers when they catch on on what is going on...

It also could be a vendor testing different prices.

They may find that going from $37 to $27 increase conversions by much more than the commission lost on that $10.

Or they could just be a piece of shit too.......
