Hmm. It’s hard to manage all that even with multilogin, with mobile phones it would be infernal. I would recommend couple 4g proxies and massplanner/jarvee. That would be way simpler to automate with decent results maybe, the same results.
 
For option 1,
What's software you used for control all the phones? If you own of that software, Can you share me or sell please? i'm looking for this method but i don't have knowledge on coding.
