Does anyone know of a provider that offers activated Bing accounts with impressions on a dummy ad? I see lots of account sellers, but new accounts go through a security review which can sometimes take 1-3 business days. I have unlimited Bing vouchers (not selling them sorry) and can only load up $1200 per account so I need multiple accounts pre-made, passed security review with dummy ad receiving impressions already, this way I can load up my ads and vouchers and be live same day.
