"Activate your account" - Adsense Email

Hi guys,
On monday in the morning i applied for Adsense account after put the code in my site this is what they said

Today around 01:15PM in my local time they sent me a mail i received this mail

If i click Get activated i am redirected to my account on first screen where it say my site is still under review, is there any action i have to respond to the mail??? This is my first time applying for Adsense.

Waiting for your advice guys.

How many articles did you have on your site when you applied?
 
Now a days they are very strict on the approving site mate.
 
Just make sure you have the code in your <head></head> tags. That's just a generic getting started email to remind you of this.

Yes i understand, but that mail confused me thats why i came to ask here as its my first time applying for adsesnse.
 
Just apply the codes and wait for the approval message.
 
So please wait for few days. Google will be checked manually your website then give feedback through email. It takes 2-10 days minimum.
 
Just wait for one week.

After that if your site is to be approved then it will be done.

If the approval is not done, then you will be able to see its reason in the Adsense dashboard. Clicking on show details below the site, like in the screenshot.

They already did check, Too bad they say No Content :weep:
