Actionscript Flash game and app developer, monetizing with CPA

I am an actionscript flash developer and I have a few applications on Facebook and on my own websites. Problem is I am not an expert on getting traffic. I believe my apps have potential. I have CPA ads embedded along with the apps I have. I can also make custom apps on anything you can think of, custom video games, etc. Here are some screenshots of my newest app(it only has 22 fans though but they are targetted lottery players) ... Looking to partner up with someone that is good at gettign traffic. I can make video games too...I have made video games like the kind that go viral, I recently made a game where you punch a celebrity. It got 35 unique and organic facebook likes in one day and it got 15k organic impressions on facebook. The catch there is that it was for a foreign country(whic is why it got so many impressions, that country doesn't have much competition as far as flash developers but it also doesn't have CPA offers that accept traffic fromt hat country.) I am looking for someone that can bring in traffic from the United States(where I live) and I will do my part in making the app or game that is relevant to a current event or that is just plain fun or useful. I am good at makign this stuff, I'm just not good at getting traffic. here are some screens of my work with some stuff blocked(for privacy reasons). Let me know what you think?

As you can see, my app(depicted in the screenshots above) is an interactive actionscript 3.0 app that will generate random lottery numbers, so I went ahead and placed a relevant CPA offer. The problem is I only have 22 fans, I believe it's a useful app but I have a small audience. The numbers generated will not repeat and fall in the range of numbers for my states lottery(Texas)...I just need more exposure...remember I can also make custom 2d video games, like punch a celeb, or a dress up game where you drag clothing onto a character...all kinds of interactive stuff
