Actions per operation? Lets talk about it

Hey so I just recently made a few accounts that I was going to grow manually and while I was following and unfollowing (fuck manual lol) I was thinking to myself my current settings on Jarvee probably can be better.

Manually I would follow 60 people in 10 minutes or unfollow 60 in 15 minutes on my mobile phone (definitely easier on mobile). Then maybe do this again in a hour or two.

My settings on Jarvee is set to be on for 12 hours, but if my account was human, it wouldn't be using instagram almost constantly throughout the day. It would probably do 60 actions in one 15 minute setting and then next in a hour or so.

Seems like a good idea, I'm guessing some of you might already do this but just wanted to share and ask what others think

never do more than 60 actions in an hour.
Also respect instagram's minute limits.(if there are any.)
Would a practical man follow 60 people in 10 minutes?
Unless he want to grow his account fast, which IG doesn't like obviously.
