Actions blocked

Hi,

how many actions do you do manually per day? follow / unfollow and likes?

how do you distribute your actions during the day and by hour?

any advice to reheat my account after this blockage?
on the other hand on the computer I do not have this message

I Know nothing about french language but I guess the date shown on the pic is the expiring date of the block.

Do not jump immediately to perform f/u once it's over, let it cool some more days and when you get back to it avoid making patterns, start making actions slow and be as natural and random as possible .

wait till expiry of the block, post contents on profile
don't simply follow and unfollow

yes this is the date of the end of the block. In how many days will I be able to resume f / uf?

I remembered few years back when I did same manually on adult Niche, withing a week plus I had more than 13000 followers, the next day I woke up to find my account terminated by instagram. They said the account was fake. I took some break and started another one on same Niche, but this time I made it look more real more professional like, the account is still sitting there , with 20000 plus followers. Since then no post, no engagement, just sitting there and breathing until I figure out what to do with it

There's no exact number, wait 2 or 3 more days after the block expires and do not go all in again doing actions. Make maybe just a few the first day, few more next day.
