Actionplan for site with penalty!

I would like to know this too. I have same problem. Reached #2 with 2 sites, and #9 with another site, now they are all gone. More than a month already passed and sites still rank at 500-1000th. All with unique content and all with different link building techniques. Thought it has something to do with affiliate links but doesn't help if i delete. Sites are kinda new 2-3 months old.

if site is new and you are at 500 to 1000 then its probably dance going on..i have several sites that are at 100 to 1000 and they are dancing but i try to get backlinks to them and the move up slowly. but it takes time and doesn't happen overnight.

So your guess in x-weeks i went automatically to top10?

I know topic google dance is already discussed but i thought this happens after building tons of BH backlinks and not after building 4 weeks of manual high PR BL.

So is that something like a "red flag" and google found new backlinks what are causing this "shortterm penalty"?
