This evening suddenly 5 of my clients had "Action Required" in Jarvee and were logged out.

For all it happened right after writing a comment.

What could the reason be?
I am using 1 private proxy per account. Could it be Instagram going against Datacenter Proxies?

Please help me..
So scared!

where the comment was written from?

It was written from Jarvee like with all of my clients.

They themselves got noticed nothing on their personal mobile phone.
So no phone validation or anything.
It just kicked me out of the automation randomly after the automation tried to write a comment.

This never had happened before and I run client accounts like this for some months.

(They have two factor authentication turned on.. So I would have to tell them not to turn it off so I can reconnect.
But not sure if I should.)

Action required means account banned mostly.
Not necessarly.. Lately instagram make you accept their new policy and it shows as Action Required on Jarvee... you are scaring OP here

What the status show now on them. You can see the reason when you hover on the status.

Sorry it is not my intention to scare someone. I am just scared myself

The account just says "action required" no additional detail. (see screenshot)
When I click on Browse the accounts are all logged out.

And when I look into the Summary in the Dashboard it says:
"Error - Auto Comment. Error Code:501 - login required"

5 Accounts got this within two hours. All with the same line in the Dashboard.
For me it looks like they were picked out of that IP or something

Just relogin, open Embedded browser and see what they're asking you to do.

Nothing to worry about if clients can access their accounts, they're not banned.

But why they all get logged out suddenly. After they run for weeks.
And 5 right after each other within 2 hours.
Wondering if this is a warning or something? Can't think of a reason other than Instagram kicking them out of that IP.

Are you guys using private Datacenter Proxies? I am thinking to switch to 4g now...
But can't find any from my own country (Germany)

Just verify again for one, it might just be an action block. Nothing to worry to much if your clients can access it from the phone. Try also to open the browser and login there.

Yes, I mean the other reply saying you were banned was not useful but to scare you.

It could easily be IP, you're right, but it doesn't mean they're banned.

4g or residential IPs are best, they detect datacenters easily.

If your clients can access their accounts normally and didn't even notice, the problem is not Instagram, Jarvee algorithm must have messed up something. But this is an isolated case, and I don't believe you have to worry about it since you seem to be precautious and all.

If you have 1 proxy per account and carefully made it so they were not linked, It doesn't seem a proxy issue. is " use the embedded browser in case of action block" on under your profile advanced settings?

Okay thank you!
I will try to verify one of my clients tomorrow. Have to tell him first to turn off two-factor-authentication so I can connect.

It is just really weird. And it scared the crap out of me.
Luckily their accounts are not banned - never had one banned yet.

But it is so weird that they are logged out. I turned off the comment tool for all my other clients for now.

Spent hours looking for residential or 4g proxies.
I have tried residential from smartproxies.io before. But 200$ for 20GB is insane.
Do you think using 4g proxies from a different country/continent is a problem. Because I can't find any in Germany. Hardly in Europe even

No I have not. Because my clients prefer to have two factor authentication turned on.
So they are safe against hackers. Therefore I cannot log in via embedded browser.

But in the dashboard summary of Jarvee it never said something about action block.
It only says log in required suddenly. So I don't know if those are action blocks..

Hope its not that they detected datacenter proxies. (Btw my likes are blocked anyway always and I have the like tool turned off for months)

Its normal that sometimes the embedded browser log out. From looking at your screen again, normally, if you go on social profile and on your list you hover on the status without clicking, it will show a text with some information that will not show in dashboard. check that. It might be just the policies to accept. It happened to me before with many accounts at the same time. and showed action required too. I could only do it from the browser to click accept. They would not turn on valid if not done so.

Ok. But no it doesn’t say any additional information there.

The accounts are all very old and regularly used by my clients. I also asked them and the did not have to accept an policies.

What I don’t understand. They are all on different proxies. They have nothing in common and moderat settings (80 Comments, 500 Follow per day).
Still 4 of them were hit with that action required in the same minute and the 5th account two hours later..

Action required means account banned mostly.
You must have a bad experience due to your bad settings.

It's not ban. It is when you use the account on another device while jarvee is executing actions. IG then isolates the account because of the suspicion that you are either hacked or using a bot.
