As you said that you are starting with a Brand New Account,Start with Half of the Lower End of the given Limits below and gradually increase it over a few 10-20 Days slowly :
Follow/Unfollow : 8-24/Hour , 120-170/Day and 4000-6000/Month
Likes : 10-25/Hour , 140-250/Day and 4500-7500/Month
Comments : 2-6/Hour , 25-45/Day and 750-1300/Month
Dm's : 3-6/Hour , 35-50/Day and 1000-1500/Month
Note that you can go above these Limits as your Account's Trustscore and Age increases but they might be risky sometimes,Staying in the above given limits will always keep your Account safe regardless of it's Age,Previous Block History considering that you have passed the Warm up Stage already.

Very recommend limit for people using many accounts. It can be little more but for long run the limits will do the help.
