action blocks Jarvee

I'm having action blocks - Temporary blocks on one of my client account.
(all other accounts are fine and following and liking a lot)

Using Jarvee
Smartproxies proxy
Blocks on follow
Account has 3k followers and +6m old
(have also done some liking but stopped this)
(Acc gets accessed on 2 mobile phones and jarvee)

Trying to warm this account up for 3 weeks now. Never followed more then 60 accounts / day.
Last week i'm receiving a lot of action blocks, even after very low settings (20-30 follows /day).

Tried resting the account for 2 days, changing proxy to other smartproxy proxy and starting very slow again but no results.

What am I doing wrong with this one? And what to do? Change proxy again and trying again with low settings?

Change your proxy.

change provider ? Or change to other proxy of smartproxy?

Because I already tried this and didn't work?

Or just change till I get a "good one"?

What is your hourly settings for these actions?

25 - 40 min wait
2-3 follows - 20 -70 sec delay
(7h-8h nighttime
and some random sleep time - intervals)

At first I was also liking last post of the followed acc, but stopped this after some blocks

1. log out all other devices except Jarvee
2. wait 2-3 days(do nothing)
3. clear cookies in Jarvee and start again
4. if problem persist, change your proxy
