Action blocked

Hi,
Since Saturday I have this message appearing when I want to unfollow and like.
I manually do the actions like followunfollow and likes for grow my account.
I respect the limitations I do max 200 actions per day.
So 50 actions 4 times a day for follow/unfollow.
My Instagram account has 78k and it was created in 2018.
This is my one and only account and I have never used bot or automation.

I translate the message that appears: we limit the frequency with which you can perform certain actions on instagram such as assigning a Like in order to protect our community


why and how to avoid this type of blockage in the future?
how can I prevent this from happening again despite being careful?
And which warm-up do you recommend?

200 follow+unfollow per day or 200 of each? None the less I would reduce to 150 actions total. 200 Is too much long term imo. I've seen blocks occurs later in a month after say 4500 actions in the last 3-4 weeks.

since the June 2019 purge I had reduced to 200 follow and unfollow per day
And how many likes per day do you think?

I couldn't speak on likes, I haven't done them in a while. I'd lower your actions to 150, I've seen results where after 4500+ follows in a month accounts often get blocked

So you were doing 200 Likes a Day with 50 in each Rounds? That's surely more than the Given Limits.
Also don't worry about the Action Block,It will go away soon.

-Stay in the given Limits and you will be totally fine.

-Follow the Hourly,Daily and Monthly Limits.

No, not 200 likes.
200 follow/unfollow. Not 200 follow and 200 unfollow.
For likes I don't know how many I do...
What are the hourly daily monthly limits please ?

Here you go with all the Limits :

Follow : 8-16 / Hour , 130-170 / Day and 4000-7000 / Month (Follow or Unfollow together)
Likes : 10-25 / Hour , 140-250 / Day and 4500-7000 / Month
Comments : 3-6 / Hour , 25-45 / Day and 750-1250/Month
Dm's : 4-6 / Hour , 35-50 / Day and 1200-1500/Month

Note that you can go above this Limits if you have an Aged Account but not everyday,It would be safer to stay within this Limits to ensure that your Account is 100% safe from all sorts of Shadowbans,Temp Blocks,Hard Blocks and Bans.These Limits also work for New Accounts but start with the Lower End of the Limit and Gradually increase over 6-12 Weeks.

one thing to consider is the fact that doing 50 actions at 4 intervals, it’s pretty spammy
