Poland refused to ratify it, thus nullifying it.
 
I highly doubt that even if this does pass there is not going to be that much monitoring. Look at it this way, ISP's already have to report things like this and usually the user will get a letter from their ISP the only difference now is instead of a letter you will recieve a fine and trust me they are not worried about little dogs like us they are only worried about people who are mass sharing copyrighted material so trust me people you have nothing to worry about unless something like SOPA and PIPA was to pass. I do not support ACTA at all but people dont freak out about it, it is just something as harmless as the DMCA.

Which means that, for now, ACTA is dead. How am I wrong?
 
acta isnt dead.Take a look at other european countries.They plan to subscribe it at 2013.So poland has enough time till 2013.Its already signed in tokio it just wont be ratificated right at the moment since there is no need for them
