There 's no need to. You think people have somehow become smarter?
I beg to differ. Statistically speaking yes, we have grown smarter. But the main thing that makes it a strategy breaker to them is that we have access to information now, and even worse, we have some smart people who by using the internet, are forming opinions and speaking to the masses, telling them that the people upstairs suck. And here comes their counter offence - ACTA (or some similar form of censorship, which is probably primordial to their long term plan). And they won't change their long term plan just because we occupied the streets and said no to some law bill they didn't push through. As Typlo said "Lobbyists keep lobbying hard."
If we knew their plans to even a 20% extent I bet you we would all go crazy, it would be too much to handle; we'll be like the dude pretending to be Napoleon in the psychiatric ward.
