is there such a thing as purchasing an ebay username with like 10k+ feedback to have a jumpstart on your business and not start with zero feedback or is this question completely stupid...

You know this might be interesting. I actually have an Ebay account with 75 total 100% positive reviews with 53 being as seller. All very very good positive reviews.

It would be good as it has the price of what was sold which range between $20 - $250 bucks. Some of the older stuff which had $700.00 plus is gone, but still prices still do show up in my feedback rating page. I'm wondering how much this might be worth to a potential buyer who needs some help getting going with some good rep.

I put in a lot of work to get the quality feedback.

This has actually given me an idea. Hmm...

Has anyone here ever sold their eBay account?

I'm a bit confused myself. I just logged on and it gave me the option to update my name and username as well. Around 2007 I switched names on the account from my wifes name to my name.

Although I haven't actually changed my username before, it's still giving those options.

There's such a thing, but it's underground. the price depends on the age, selling limits of your account too. judging just by feedback, that's not a lot. And I'm assuming its at least 2 years old, with the selling limit of at least 100items. maybe u can sell for 150-200. If the limit is higher or no limit, then the worth is higher.
