I wanted to start off this email thanking you for your support and loyalty to ACP over your tenure with us. After much conversation with the ownership of ACP we have ultimately decided to part ways. I have put forth my best efforts with ACP and under my direction we have seen record setting volume. Over the last few months however, certain conflicting ideas about the future direction of ACP have come up and not been solved; causing my ultimate decision to leave ACP. Upon receipt of my resignation from ACP the owners have also decided to let the brand of ACP go so they can focus on their other companies. Meaning, effective the end of August, 8/31, ACP will close its doors for good. All traffic and commissions earned and owed through 8/31 will be paid out per the agreement of the owners through normal payment terms. The last payment date for monthlies will be paid out 9/30. All future accounting/payment questions should be made to me through 8/31 at

[email protected] afterwards. ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE RESOLVED AND PAID WHAT IS OWED.
As for me, it has been my pleasure and honor to work with many of you individually and don't worry about me; I have decided to launch my own network, with new financial backing. I truly believe this new breed of network will be the next evolutionary step in performance marketing. I wish all of you the very best and hope you all have extremely lucrative endeavors going forward.
