Acount startup question...

I was wondering, I recently received copies of my cousins s.s. card and DL (willingly), Was wondering if this would suffice for passing paypals verification process?

Also, When linking a bank account can paypal see the actual owner of the bank accounts name?

I was thinking I should probably just send the money to another family members paypal?
Such as selling a high priced original painting or something?

Suggestions would be awesome
