Accusation v Question Definition for @IBuildStuff IBuildStuff

Looks like I missed out on the Drama on this thread:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/as...aving-2-previous-banned-accounts-here.876621/

As I just signed in now I will post my reply and close the thread to stop any further drama.

@IBuildStuff I made the following post:

When I have evidence of somebody being a banned member then I will accuse them of being a banned member. When my evidence is not strong enough then I will carefully phrase it as a legitimate question and let Mods investigate and take the appropriate action.

An accusation would be "You are a banned member!"
A question would be "Are you a banned member?"

Have I ever got it wrong, yes and I have apologised when it is clear I have acted hastily and received warnings from Mods. The fact I am an Exec VIP is irrelevant when it comes to Mods taking action, as nobody is given special treatment on BHW if they break the rules. I am open to the same punishments as everybody else.

Am I a total wanker? Absolutely, that is why I am careful to only accuse people when I am satisfied I have sufficient evidence otherwise I just pose a question and let the possible guilty party go into meltdown and doom themselves.

@IBuildStuff your biggest mistake was saying that I am not funny at all , as my jokes are f#cking awesome. I could do stand up.
