I often see tiktok accs named like "cat" or "dog" or it can be some countries like France or Russia and something else with verify check marks and full of subscribers. they keep leaving comments under different videos and i wanna ask what's their purpose? how they getting money if there's no link to their social media or site or whatever. they're making huge traffic just for nothing or thats me that don't understand nothing?
