I'm looking to find and buy account(s) in the future that does not have a 21 day hold for paypal thats it.

21 days no hold account is super costly. You may start from scratch. When you will have 25 feedback and $250 total transaction you will get your account no hold. I talked to eBay support about it.

Just play by the rules, it only took me like 30 days to get my holds lifted, but I'm not a scammer either. I have one eBay account and I keep it all whitehat.

If you start the account now and list your first sale, you can let it sit for 90 days before finishing the 25 transactions/250 in sales to get the holds removed. Open as many accounts as you'll see yourself needing. Just takes a little planning
