Perhaps you are a newbie to internet marketing. Because, if any experienced internet marketer buys Reddit or whatever social media accounts, he or she will surely ask the seller to also provide the email credentials of the email used in the Reddit, etc accounts : That is one of the basics in the checklist, while buying any social media accounts. But, it's OK. Atleast now perhaps you know that part.
Another point internet marketing newbies miss, is that in an account that is suspended, one cannot add or replace the email. Nor can anyone do a password reset in an account that is in a suspended state.
So, to be honest, forget these accounts that you bought and take it positively as a learning curve and move on and buy (or create) more accounts.
Additionally, also contact the seller and ask him or her why he or she did not provide you the email credentials.
Also, when you buy social media accounts, then you are going to login through a device with different fingerprints. So, in order to reduce the "sensitivity", let your initial logins in your device or your browser profiles, be from 4G mobile IPs (proxies) and then once each browser profile has gathered their respective cookies, then you can use residential IPs (proxies). These are not any hard written rules, however, some basic precaution(s) to be taken. It is upto you as to what strategy you want to use.
