I have been off Instagram from Sep, was doing 3 accounts per proxy. How safe is that now?

Doing 3 and 4 accounts per proxy and i've been fine, never had problems.
And also managing 170+ accounts.

Can you recommend a good tool to manage such volume of accounts? What do you use?

I have 4-5 per proxy. no problems. Also depends on how aggressive your settings are. All my followliker settings are way below the radar (following <450, unfollowing <250, likes <450, commenting <200)

I'm sticking with under 3 per proxy, I think its best not to push it saving a couple bucks every month is nothing compared to losing accounts down the road

One very newbie question. If you have each account on different devices under the same wifi that means different Proxies? Or does all have the same? I mean one account in the computer, one in a phone, one in another phone? How do you manage different proxies per account on the same phone?

no, you'll be using one IP address and that would be your wifi's IP address. A proxy is used to drive your traffic coming from a IP through a server so that you end up having the IP coming from that proxy when you do something while using your proxy.

By having more devices you'll have different device IDs which has nothing to do with proxies.
