Hi!
Hypothetically, assuming you had access to a large supply of /24 IPV4 mobile subnet blocks, how many accounts could you create per subnet in a day?
Not sure if anyone has ever tested this, seems a bit granular. Currently testing on the latest iOS app version (324).
I know Instagram usually calculates based on historical average for most endpoints but I assume they have to have some form of leniency since mobile /24 blocks can get re-assigned quite frequently and thus generate new usage patterns.
All of this is referring to US / ARIN-based IPs
