Accounts per IP

Looking to make a few accounts that will comment and promote my main account.
Don't want to risk my main account so making them on my IP is out of the question. Going to purchase a few proxies.
How many accounts per proxy?

Sounds like you value your main acc and don't want to risk the chance of losing it. 1 acc per poxy. Others will comment up to 3 per proxy. I am using 4.

It's best to use 1 acc per proxy.

If you use more accs per proxy, you will be blocked from comments posting faster..

For long run you can you use 1 acc per ip but i dont find any issue in using 2 acc per ip

May sound like a stupid question but I have zero experience with proxies. Without the use of bots will I be able to log in/use the proxies in a browser which I can then use to sign up to Instagram?
Id imagine I can but better safe than sorry
